Refund Policy

DEFECTIVE ITEM DELIVERED

Providing customers with quality products is our priority. If, by any chance, you have received a defective product, please contact us so we can make it right!

To be eligible for a refund or replacement, you must:

  • Send an email to contact@selvory.com regarding the issue as soon as you receive the item (within a 14-day window from delivery).
  • Take clear photos of the product and the packaging, ensuring the damages are visible.
  • Send us the photos along with your order number.

If you meet these conditions, we will send you a free replacement or issue a refund. You won’t need to pay for return shipping or spend time sending the product back.


PRODUCT NOT DELIVERED

If 30 business days have passed and you have not received your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate what happened to your order.

Once we verify that there is an issue with your shipment, we will either send you a free replacement or issue a refund. Please note the following:

  • Refunds are issued after 30 business days have passed since the shipment date without successful delivery.
  • We are not responsible for incorrect shipping information provided by the customer at the time of purchase.
  • If the item was returned to us because the customer failed to collect it from the carrier, refunds are not applicable.

DAMAGED DUE TO MISUSE

We are not responsible for damage to the product caused by misuse.


CHANGED MY MIND

We accept cancellation requests sent to us within the first 12 hours after placing an order, provided the order has not yet been shipped.

Products are also eligible for a 30-day replacement and return policy upon receiving the product. Return requests must be submitted in writing. You can contact us [here].

Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

To return an item:

  1. Contact us via our contact form and include your order number in the request.
  2. We will confirm your request within 72 hours and provide you with a return address.
  3. We will refund your returned order within 14 days.
    • (If you paid for shipping at the time of purchase, the shipping costs will also be refunded.)

To complete your return, we require a tracking number for the returned goods.

If the product you received is defective or damaged upon delivery, please refer to Step 1: DEFECTIVE ITEM DELIVERED, and act accordingly.
